GM Meeting of 14 May
I have to admit that I wasn’t expecting much of a change from having a GM. I was right as the two biggest problem people have not fully accepted that they have mistakes and actually set out to change them.
However, I have to admit that it has cleared the air a lot between most of us. By expressing our hatred for each other and stuff or annoyance it essentially allowed us to remove it. When Line expressed her annoyance by Brick’s “pretentious nature” it made him brake down which is something you don’t see very often by a guy. He later acknowledged that he is like that but has no ill intentions to suck up to people. I believe his words with all sincerity of my heart and even told him. I did say I truly did love him (Gay moment I know) cause he was the first cool guy to treat me with such respect. To treat me as an equal, and essentially a friend. In secondary school, all the cool people treated me like I was nobody. In the end, I did think I was a nobody. When I first met Brick, in my mind, I was prepared to be rejected by this person. My first impression was that this guy is gonna look down on me and on my lameness. To my surprise, he actually accepted and encourages my lameness with his own. He’s now become very focused on his studies and he is now a force to be reckoned with. He now poses as a friend and a challenge to me as a competitor so I’m gonna push myself harder than before. I hope the tears that we shared that day can be remembered for a long time to come.
